Hi, it’s been a while since I last posted re ibs. It’s been 20 odd years that I’ve gradually suffered (more) with what I thought and was told was ibs. I’ve tried various diets/ over counter meds/ prescribed meds, basically spent a small fortune trying out various things. Over the last few years my diarrhoea

Dense adhesions after 15 surgeries, + 2 rare medical conditions
At the age of 25, my life changed forever. After 4 years, 2 surgeries and no diagnosis, as to what the problems was, I eventually found out I had multiple intestinal lipomatosis and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Ileostomy formed 1996. 13 more surgeries have performed. Due to absorption problems, + major

Vitamins D and K7
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism nine months ago, and prescribed 50mcg levothyroxine per day. No mention was made of Vitamin D results or any related issues like ferritin,or B12. I take Vitamin D 2200iu throughout Winter, and, as of October 23, after some online research, added Vitamin K2, 100 ug.

super high gastrin level
hi there - I just got diagnosed with pernicious anemia, autoimmune gastritis, and Barrett’s esophagus 3 months ago. My gastrin in sept was 200, in Dec it was 1000, and now in March it is 2500. It’s escalated so quickly and my doctor just ordered a scan for neuroendocrine tumors. I’m freaking out —

reassurance needed please
I’m a 33 year old female, went recently for ct scan on kidney as was having a bit of pain. Came back all clear for kidneys and other organs but a large low density area measuring 5x7 cm was found on liver, radiologists suggested : could be focal fat, cyst or other lesion. I am terrified and haven’t eaten

Unable to do transvaginal scan
Hello, I'm new here and will try to be brief but wonder if anyone can advise me. I had a US scan last week as my ca125 result was 91. vitamin deficiencies
I had most of my sigmoid removed because of diverticulitis five years ago. My question is my surgeon said that it should not affect my vitamin or mineral intake because the sigmoid doesn’t involve that. Got on finding that it most certainly does I get a B12 injection because I’m a vegetarian so that

it’s not an area I know much about with a B12 level of 433 (187-833) would I qualify for B12 injections?
