Round 2 is on the horizon...wish I could be more excited and positive 😟
Well I'm getting ready to start my 2nd and last funded round of IVF/
ICSI
when my next AF is due mid september. I'm doing everything I should be, me and OH taking supplements like coq10, losing a couple kgs, eating well, had my last glass of wine last week.

Can I exercise???
We are about to start our first round of
icsi
next month and I keep forgetting to ask the staff about exercise. I go to the gym a 3x week doing personal training which is a mix of cardio and weights. I love the gym as it’s been my destress during this time.

1st cycle
I am on my first cycle
ICSI
short protocol. Started Menopur injections Saturday. Tonight is night 4. They are getting more painful as the nights go on. First scan is tomorrow. I have cetrotide to be introduced at some point. Is anyone else on the same meds?

10dp3dt..Shall I test?
This is my 4th round that I made it to transfer out of 10+
ICSI
trials. Doctors say that I should stop trying with my own eggs cause of age 43 yo and DOR, so this should be our last chance, since we are not looking into donor egg. Can you advise if I should test tomorrow?

Day 5 transfer
Are
ICSI
embryos less likely to become blastocyst? 2. If an embryo couldn’t become blastocyst in the culture, would it more likely to survive in the body?

ICSI success
Never thought we'd get this far, but goes to show it is possible! 8 months pregnant now, and I'm so lucky and grateful. Just 2 frozen blastos from a mega batch egg collection. The first failed, and the second one took. Maybe my polyp removal helped, or maybe it was just a stronger egg, who knows. The

Due to start icsi this week
Hi guys hope ur all well I’m due to start the short cycle

Brand New with first ICSI appointment and so many questions
We are going through
ICSI
and Looking further ahead, I've read some of the information available. I'm a little apprehensive about the retrieval of eggs and the side effects off all the medication? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and advice. Thanks, C

Here we go again....
private round of
ICSI
after a successful NHS frozen round 3 years ago. We were extremely lucky to have two good enough to go in the freezer. I am having a scratch today with my frozen blasto transfer booked for next month.

This is our 3rd round of
icsi

Day 6 injection - Short Cycle
I’m really hoping this does work as I won’t be able to do this again for at least another year Was just thinking actually my husband is the one with an issue ( extremely low mobility) but we weren’t offered an option of

Day 6 injection - Short Cycle
My husband is the one with an issue ( extremely low mortality ) but we weren’t offered an option of
ICSI
. I know a lot of people start with that and then end up on IVF but do people ever do the reverse?

Embryo transfer cancelled at GRI - What happens next?
I was on a short protocol
icsi
but got cancelled at the transfer stage due to thin uterus lining, luckily I got 7 embryos frozen. We were told at the time I'd need to have two bleeds before doing a FET and we'd get a letter confirming.

Egg Collection Complete
We are using donor sperm and this defrosted well and looks good so we are having ivf rather than
ICSI
. We paid for Multicycle
ICSI
via access fertility- anyone know if we’ll get a refund ? Feeling good and looking forward to a day on the sofa watching love island !

Birthdays/Getting older - why does this feel so bad?
Found out in March we needed
ICSI
due to hubbys low count but I also have PCOS (double whammy of sub fertility). When we first saw the GP I think she was trying to help and said we were 'Lucky' that we were 'so young' and still had 'plenty of time'.

Cancer and IVF
We have been told that after receiving chemotherapy we are unable to have children naturally and IVF/
ICSI
is our only option. We are both in our early 30s, trying to get through this and due to start IVF in the next few months.
