Deciding on my next IVF protocol - advice

Hi All! My first IVF ICSI cycle recently failed because my two only embryos didnt make it to the blastocyst stage. They were fine until about day 4 and then they arrested. I will be 42 in about 3 months and have AMH levels about 7. Four egg were retrieved during the egg collection from about 8 size folicules (two of them were dominant, on each ovary). I was on the short protocol, on quite a high dose of ovaleap - 375 units. I started to feel really bad from stims day 6 - I was bleeding, had abdominal pain and was losing uterine lining. They didnt check my progesterone levels until day 10 and it was high (above 10) so the fresh transfer was cancelled. Ultrasound showed two hemarhogic cysts on stims day 8 but they somehow disappeared by day 15. I am preparing for my review appointment on 7th Dec - it is only 30 mins long so want to be well prepared. I am already planning to do DNA fragmentation test on my partners sperm - we know he has low morfology and sperm antibodies and I am thinking about either down regulation or natural modified cycle for my next cycle. I understand these two options are completely different approaches. I normally have regular cycles - 26 days with some spotting before the period, my hormonal tests are normal but have history of fibriods, polyps and endometriosis - kept under control with good diet and supplements. If you have any advice about what have worked for you, I will greatly appreciate that Thank you!
