7th week of constant pain 4th week signed off work feeling so down still no answers
I can't bear the thought of been sent home again to maybe wait weeks for a
hysteroscopy
and any bowel investigations needed. The pain has been horrendous all weekend not sleeping or eating and constant diarrhea.

I AM FULL OF RAGE.
He knows that the GYN who saw me last year and the GYN who did a
hysteroscopy
last month on me have either really grossly missed a clue or this has escalated rather quickly and needs treatment.

I had my appointment with the gynaecologist just before Christmas and was put on the list for a laparoscopy and
hysteroscopy
. After a pretty rubbish few weeks with pelvic, back and hip pain and generally feeling low, I rang the hospital this morning to find out how long it'd be until my op.

Private vs NHS
I saw him once, he saw my history (same copy the GP had) and I am now booked in for a laperoscopy/
hysteroscopy
/cystoscopy and colonoscopy in a weeks time. Just shows how little this condition is understood by NHS GPs.

First period following Laparoscopy - Hell.On.Earth!
Three weeks ago I had a Laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
where endometriosis was discovered, treated and the coil fitted. I have been recovering well until today when I have had the joy of experiencing my first period post-surgery and oh my goodness it is utterly horrendous.

Suspected Endometriosis - Laparoscopy clear :(
I'm also starting to feel like this laparoscopy was so invasive and maybe for nothing and maybe I should have had a less invasive procedure like a
hysteroscopy
? Should I have had more extensive blood and hormonal tests first?

Diagnosing adenomyosis
Been researching endo and its associated effects and on doing so read a book by an excision surgeon who said a bulky womb with normal
hysteroscopy
with endo or endo symptoms is nearly always adenomyosis. Would you agree in your experience and if so how were you diagnosed?

'Hidden endometriosis'?
I'm so confused, I would prefer to have 10 more laps to find it than one
hysteroscopy
I'm dreading to try to treat it. Has anyone had any experience with this??

Hysteroscopy done! Wasn't that bad! Moving on again :-)
Hiya ladies just an update after TTC for 3 years - was about to start IVF then fell pregnant naturally - then had a miscarriage :-( To date I have just had a
Hysteroscopy
to check the lining/scarring of my womb after my D&C. All was good so I'm raring to go again. :-).

Post lap feeling down
Hi all I had a laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
on Friday. They found a small amount of endometriosis and two posterior subserosal uterine fibroids. But they did discover that I had an impacted bowel and the picture he showed me said it was very large and about 6lb in weight.

At the beginning and dreading it
I have had a
hysteroscopy
, an ultrasound and a colposcopy so I'd like to think it's being dealt with for the first time after years of complaining. Although every consultant I see reminds me how young I am to be going through this and call me an anomaly.

2 months post op
I had a Laparoscopy and
Hysteroscopy
with Curettage in September and had quite a few complications which I posted on here then. Since having to get a second Lap, things got better and the pain went away for a few weeks only to come back 10 times worse.
