Can a hysterectomy really help with endometriosis pain?
I know the myths about a
hysterectomy
being a cure for endometriosis but I just want to know if it’s worked for anyone? Surely there has to be some hope? I really feel like it’s my only option as I can’t function like this anymore.

Post total hysterectomy cyclic bleeding
I had a total
hysterectomy
last September. My spotting afterwards stopped at 5.5 weeks post op. Three months ago I started to spot again. It happens every 23 days for a couple of days (the same schedule my period was on).

I just had a laparoscopy with removal of endometriosis and total
hysterectomy
including the tubes (ovaries were left since they were good) along with rectocele and cystocele repair on the 9th. Healing is going well but now I'm dealing with insomnia and intermittent cramping in genital area.

Abdominal Pains and all
I was due to have a
hysterectomy
at the end of April but due to the current situation this is obviously not happening. I had been on Prostap injections for 6 months the last being December 2019. I didn't have a period until March and while not pleasant it was as horrific as I thought it would be.

scan or no scan?
I have OV stage 3C, had chemo and total
hysterectomy
and omentectomy as well. I was told on Jan. 15th, I was NED. From what I have read, Mayo Clinic claims that my having a recurrence is less likely to happen because of all that was removed. Not sure how true that is though but I hope it is fact!

Post hysterectomy, when can I have a proper bath?
Hi ladies, I’m one week post total
hysterectomy
, including cervix. All going well so far. The one thing I forgot to ask is when can I have a bath? A shower just isn’t the same for me.

Advice / Help Please
This is our last hurdle before we can try again, hopefully before a
hysterectomy
as they want to try get us through and have a baby before that happens! Just so worried it’ll be ages and be too late :(

New here: about to have TAHBSO, worried about upstaging and menopause.
I'm going for full staging surgery next week - total
hysterectomy
, BSO and omentectomy, and whatever else they need to do. If BOT is the diagnosis, it sounds like the op will hopefully take care of it all. What I'm wondering is, did anyone here who had a query BOT prior to surgery get upstaged?

No more treatment due to Coronavirus
Hysterectomy
Sept 2018 plus carboplatin for 6 months I had a recurrence 6/7 months later then carbo/Caelyx for 6 months. 3 very large tumours after my 3 month CT scan. After 3 more months the CT scan revealed a shrinkage of more than half but still 3 large tumours.

Tibolone after Hysterectomy
Hey, I’m nearly 8 weeks post op after having a full
hysterectomy
due to severe endometriosis. I’m in surgical menopause and been prescribed Tibolone and started suffering with severe headaches. Do these subside after a while? The headaches make me feel really sick too and I can’t talk.
