Damn you social anxiety!
I don't see my friends any more as my social anxiety got worse and I did think about getting help, either seeing a doctor or looking into
hypnotherapy
but I worked myself up so much about doing it and got so nervous, I just couldn't do either.

Hypnotherapy - yay or nay?
I'm going to
hypnotherapy
...I booked it weeks ago before I started CBT and because I know the lady I didn't want to cancel. Has anyone been before? Did it help?

Hypnosis - do you think that it would make a difference
Perhaps
hypnotherapy
would stop me panicking and stop me making a drama out of a crisis. What do you think - would hypnotheray help you cope with your condition. Annec xxxxx

Now the spring weather has sent the temperatures plummeting down to hypo thyroid teeth chattering levels etc!
Today I awoke having slept the sleep of a very wicked and badly behaved lady.. Having been on a long drawn out cleanse, for some time, and been nose to the grind stone with Dr BDP's over due diaries, and my attention to detail with my LDN. This was of course as usual punctuated with my very noisy

This one's gonna be a long one..! - LPR: A chronic, troublesome puzzle
- Lifestyle changes include raising the head of the bed, exercising more, eating less more often, getting more sleep and stress relieving techniques such as antidepressants,
hypnotherapy
and CB. No effect, except for 10 minutes after
hypnotherapy
maximum.

Who can advise about hypnotherapy? Is it available on the NHS? GP referral?

First hypnotherapy session today
She was really helpful and told me i was "catastrophising" and that a course of
hypnotherapy
could help me uncover why i was feeling/thinking this way, then hopefully move forward and get out of this rut i'm in.

my not so weight loss journey
I have tried every slimming club, pills, drops and spent a fortune on
hypnotherapy
, I am considering a gastric band but I thought I would try this out before I go for surgery. I m tired all the time I only get out of my bed to go to work, if I have a day off I sit in my pjs all day.

Driving DLA and Motability
I am 17 years old and will be 18 in June and I really, really would love to start learning to drive. The trouble is I will need a specially adapted car to do so and I am only on lowest rate DLA with no motability component. I started off on middle rate but since then it was stopped and after two appeals

Beating Down Chemo's Ill Effects
Are you feeling like you don’t know what to do first … throw up, fall over from sheer exhaustion, or pinch yourself to make sure the hands and feet you can’t feel are still there? I know, not funny. Unfortunately, chemo isn’t as discriminatory as we’d like; the drugs kill the good cells but are rough
