Colonic Hydrotherapy
Hello IBS sufferers . Can I ask if any of you have had colonic hydrotherapy treatment and, if so, how you found the experience. Did it help your IBS symptoms, especially the bloating. Thank you. Linda

I have tried many diets including slimming world, weight watchers, Rosemary Connelly, and even
hypnotherapy
, all to no avail. I am keen to address my weight problem as I don't want to end up with more serious health complications such as diabetes.

Running with a ball of fluff
Week 3 run 1 for my friend yesterday. And run number two for her little dog who came with us. He is a little Shiztzu (i think anyway, a white little fluff ball) I was surprised at his stamina being the short legged pampered pooch that he is. He kept up fine, he would fall behind us then suddenly make

Can't sleep!
Tried listening to tranquil music, listened to sleep
hypnotherapy
, used scented oils that are meant to make me relax...I'm running out of ideas. I would love to get into some sort of routine if possible. X

Running out of options? Best medication?
Basically my question is whats the best thing for me to do, it really has got to the point where I feel like ive tried everything (CBT,
hypnotherapy
, reiki healing, multiple meds). I've had to resort to lorazepam the past few days which I'm gutted about.

Anxiety and emetophobia
I've had cbt treatment and also
hypnotherapy
but the last couple of months have been hell and I am missing out on a lot of social activities as well as work. I need to get the nausea under control.

Has anyone tried Hypnotherapy as a treatment for Paroxysmal AF? My GP feels it can't do any harm, and that it may help. Any thoughts?
MY AF always comes on at night, usually after I have been asleep about 2 hours and just reaching deep sleep; and then I can't get back to sleep. If my trigger is "Relaxation", as it appears, maybe I could be hypnotised to respond in some way other than going into AF?

Are my symptoms all anxiety?
I have a phobia of being sick and have had 2 courses of CBT and 1 of
hypnotherapy
. They helped but I can't seem to get on with life when feeling so sick all the time. I have been off work for 2 weeks, the first time in 8 years I have been off sick!

Don't know what to do anymore, can't function!
I was also having CBT throughout the medication, which personally I felt did not help at all, so I tried an emetophobia specialist who did
hypnotherapy
. The lady I saw was absolutely brilliant, not to mention expensive.

I like
hypnotherapy
and that has worked for me, somewhat - I have an amazing gal in Germany and if this keeps up, I might just have to jump on a plane and go see her. I really cant live like this, wtf! So, my question is to all of you guys on here is: will this fogginess stop?
