Hi hope everyone's having a good day,having had cbt and hypnotherapy which helped me massively can anyone explain why I have episodes sometimes weeks at a time were I feel nervous and scared to do anything incase I have a anxiety attack,I don't feel I have any stresses in my life at the moment so how do I get out of what feels like a black hole?x

Those are called set backs. They are normal and I get what you mean. Its almost like you are uncomfortable with habing nothing to worry over. Its hard to get out if that doomsday mindset. I was out of it for like, two months and dangit, its back. I think it just takes work and dedication.
