Recommendations
Can anyone recommend a hypnosis for stopping smoking. I believe they can do it online. So I don’t think it matters where they are. Also can you give me a ball park figure too. Thanks

How I overcame IBS-D
Dear all, I periodically post this advice to help new-comers to the subject. I consider myself a recovered IBS-sufferer and so like to share what I learned. I hope that you are keeping sane during the lockdown! This is my general approach to help people understand and repair their gastro-intestinal

Exercises During Isolation at Home
Many of us suffering from Fibromyalgia find that we benefit from gentle exercise each day. Isolating at home makes it harder to participate in exercise, especially with Chair Based Classes not taking place and Hydrotherapy Pools closed. Nearly two weeks into sertraline
The side effects seem to be lessening abit. I’m not quite as anxious and eating a tiny bit now compared to before. Still quite apprehensive and full of self doubt. Due back in work in two weeks and having my grandson babysitting next week. It’s amazing the self doubt that you can put on yourself and

Can you have a kidney problem that doesn’t show in an ultrasound or blood tests?
Hi, my names Paul, I’m 39 and find myself between a rock and a hard place. (apologies that this write up may be a little long & all over the place, but I hope you can read and make sense of what I’m trying to explain. I experience brain fog and a lot of confusion, so trying to write this has proved difficult

Phantosmia help
Hi all I've joined this forum on behalf of my mum ... She won't do these herself because I think she just gets to upset half the time . But she's had no smell or tastebuds for a year now . She's had tests and they can't find anything but reading on-line it seems to stem from some trauma ( mainly

Upcoming Pain Clinic Appointment??
I’m really nervous about an upcoming appointment at the Pain Clinic.. as not only am I nervous about what to expect, but I also struggle with agoraphobia.. What natural therapies and pain killers/anti depressants do they generally prescribe? I liked the sound of hydrotherapy and was thinking of trialling

new - need help
Tried Physio,
hypnotherapy
, acupuncture, painkillers, you name it no joy, so paid to see a rheumatologist. Long story short , had me on steroids for a year (polymyalgia). Then took me off them. Said no. It was fibromyalgia. Referred me back to GP.

Plant based diet
I wanted to share this interview. In doing research on MBC, I came to Dr. Andrew Weil. I found below interview on his website. I've just begun eating a plant-based diet and already feeling less fatigue and am anxious to see what wbc count will be when next tested. I've also been having acupuncture

Reflexology
I got reflexology posters - hand reflexology and foot reflexology but does anyone know any other methods of improving health. Tips of finger or toe stimulates brain! Massage I suppose is good. There is sound and laser (acceptable wavelength / strength) to improve brain. Oils are supposed to be good
