Exercises During Isolation at Home

Many of us suffering from Fibromyalgia find that we benefit from gentle exercise each day. Isolating at home makes it harder to participate in exercise, especially with Chair Based Classes not taking place and Hydrotherapy Pools closed. The Rugby Fibromyalgia Support Group has published a set of gentle stretches that can be done at home. These came from an NHS Pain Management Programme. Start with doing 3 or 4 with a frequency of twice then gradually increase the frequency to five. Great thanks for posting. I have found doing gentle exercises has really helped me cope with my fibro as has a gentle walk each day. Had to forgo the walk today as waiting in for a phonecall from a nurse that never happened, grhh. I have now ceased up and in mokre pain than normal.x
