On path to self love
I'm pretty sure self-love is part of our healing that most of us are missing from our lives Perhaps many of our issues with Depression, and Anxiety have their roots in early abuse, this is most certainly true in my case I regret that I didn't take my D & A seriously, nor was I friend to myself. I

Ive been trying this new therapy, called Brainworking Recursive Therapy, its intense, and sort of like

I've not liked this Lockdown & I have Type 1.5 Diabetes
I've not liked this lockdown with our heatwave from last week because it made me have loads of hypos.. I did do a lot of testing of my sugars & I know that my sensor is 10 mins. behind from my number on my monitor, I was told. .Anyway, at least I'm checking it regularly. To do with this lockdown,

Can anyone recommend a hypnosis for stopping smoking. I believe they can do it online. So I don’t think it matters where they are. Also can you give me a ball park figure too. Thanks

Exercises During Isolation at Home
Many of us suffering from Fibromyalgia find that we benefit from gentle exercise each day. Nearly two weeks into sertraline
The side effects seem to be lessening abit. I’m not quite as anxious and eating a tiny bit now compared to before. Still quite apprehensive and full of self doubt. Can you have a kidney problem that doesn’t show in an ultrasound or blood tests?
Hi, my names Paul, I’m 39 and find myself between a rock and a hard place. (apologies that this write up may be a little long & all over the place, but I hope you can read and make sense of what I’m trying to explain. I experience brain fog and a lot of confusion, so trying to write this has proved difficult
