Colon hydrotherapy
I have suffered with IBS since 26 years. I’ve tried different diets and different medications but nothing has helped long term. I recently had a flare that caused severe pain around my lower bowl and right hand side, I was sent away from my GP with advice to take fybogel.. To manage my chronic constipation

IBS - D Toilet Anxiety
I have tried CBT &
hypnotherapy
. I have a good diet & exercise most days . I would love to find a “cure” . I take loperamide daily , but I’m not sure if this helps me anymore or even if it’s safe to do so it is prescribed by the GP .

PMR Leading to Fibromyalgia???
I was diagnosed with PMR in Dec 22 and have been on a rollercoaster of Prednisolone doses From 20mg-0mg in the first 6 months, which I feel are part of my problem. Went up to 12.5 after being off completely for 2 weeks in May for a PET Scan, and have been Tapering since July, currently on 7mg and on

Experience of hypnotherapy
hello, I just wondered if anyone had used
hypnotherapy
whilst going through IVF and did you find it helpful? A friend of mine has suggested it but I'm not sure what to expect and whether it's worth the extra money 😬.

Transfer number #5 take 2! 🤪
I have been really positive and think that the
hypnotherapy
has really helped just to get me thinking about each embryo as a step in the right direction for having our baby. I feel excited and nervous in equal measure!!

Hydrotherapy Groups
I have recently moved to Harrogate. Does anyone know if there are any hydrotherapy groups for people with athritis and related conditions in the area?

Any ladies going through Perimenopause/menopause? Has it upset your IBS?
I exercise and listen to gut directed
hypnotherapy
. The doctors are stumped and say it’s just IBS but I am wondering if my peri hormones are causing this upset. I do also have many other peri symptoms and at 50 am pretty sure I am in perimenopause.

How to cope when appointments are so delayed.
I have SLE and am under cardiology for investigation due to tachycardia. My Rheumatologists think it may be PoTS. The cardiologists have done loads of tests but are yet to give a diagnosis. Unfortunately the cardiology waiting lists are huge (took 50 weeks on the urgent lists to even be seen after

Hypnotherapy for Pelvic Pain ?
I just wondered if anyone had tried/ had any success with
hypnotherapy
, as if I have a hypertonic pelvic floor ( which seems possible ) it may be an effective way to release it.I am currently taking Imipramine which has been very helpful but the problem remains.

The Story Continues
I am also trying acupuncture (mixed results) and I have a
hypnotherapy
session booked for next week. As ever, any suggestions would be gratefully received. Many thanks in anticipation.

Decided to quit smoking...
Like the title says. It was spur of the moment. I went to a hypnotist two days ago. I think it kind of worked. The cravings are unbelievable, though. I am using my vape pen as a crutch when it gets really bad. I tried twice to have an actual cigarette, but put it out in shame after a few drags
