Persistent psa
I’m wondering if anyone has had experience with benign prostatic tissue left behind after RP. My husband was diagnosed in 2019 with psa 16 and gleason 3+4. He had RP in August 2019 and his post surgery psa was .644. An mri showed a nodule at the bladder neck and a cystoscopy confirmed it was benign

What to ask surgeon after MRI
There remains stable nodular
hyperplasia
of the transition zone – no suspicious focal lesson evident [2/5). There is no seminal vesicle tumor or size significant pelvic lymphadenopathy. Sorry for such long text. Would be grateful for any comments and guesses about interpretation of the above.

? If going back on HRT will help me?
After about 5 years I was said to have Atypical Ductal
Hyperplasia
(potential for abnormal breast cells) after having slight bleeding from one of my breast nipples and was taken off the HRT. A few years later, (?

4 miscarriages, infertility, suicide
I had four miscarriages, and then I was diagnosed with infertility because of endometrial
hyperplasia
. The more my husband Ben and I tried to conceive, the less hope we had for success because every time the consequences were the same as previously.

I've lost all hope.
I went in for the rebooked hysteroscopy and was told I was being ridiculous I certainly didn't have endo I had endometrial
hyperplasia
and they were just checking it was better. It was a consultant if never spoke to before in my life.

Recommendations For IVF Clinics , Uk or Abroad ?
I started Clomid last year , and after 3 cycles , scan showed
hyperplasia
. So had to stop , and have coil fitted for 6 months. So as long as my next biopsy is clear . I want to go ahead with ivf / icsi.

MRI RE-READ #2 (VERY VERY well respected radiologist): The prostate gland is slightly enlarged secondary to transition zone
hyperplasia
(25cc total) prostate volume). The peripheral zone has a patchy signal pattern. Lesion 1: Left mid-base transition zone. Greatest dimension 2cm.

I am also concerned I might have more general lymphoedema as my tonsils were very large until I was in my early 20s, I have lymphatic colitis and when I was born I was checked for congenital adrenal
hyperplasia
and I'm now wondering whether that was genital oedema.

Thinking surgery...
Eventually diagnosed as BPH (benign prostatic
hyperplasia
). Flomax was useless and made me dizzy. I had laser surgery in 2008, outpatient, catheterized a few days, no problem. Improvement was significant but not dramatic. Tamsulosin helped some.

Endometrial hyperplasia...anovulatory cycles... ovaries too high...AMH 1.8...age 39.... Any words of hope?
Would be so grateful if anyone is able to offer thoughts...am hoping to start IVF but had a hysteroscopy and scan yesterday (not started any treatment yet) and was told could barely visualise ovaries as they were so high. Consultant said we might be able to try IVF but couldn’t guarantee he’d be able

5-alpha reductase inhibitors & the risk of hospitalization for COVID-19
We hypothesized that men chronically exposed to 5-alpha reductase inhibitors (5ARIs) for benign prostate
hyperplasia
(BPH) have a lower risk of hospitalization for COVID-19.
