I haven’t had a period for 6 months
I have congenital adrenal

and I haven’t had a period in 6 months. There is no chance I could be pregnant and all periods have all been very irregular since I first had my period at 16. I am now 21. Do you think I should visit a doctor or anyone may know what it may be?

PSA went up a little, should I be concerned?
Quick recap, after 18 months, 3 MRI 3 biopsies, the last one in November being an MP MRI guided TPUS biopsy, the report said no HGPIN and no Carcinoma but I had multiple areas of focal
hyperplasia
(I guess the start of BPH). My PSA in November was 0.21.

New Here and Glad I’ve found this Group – Anyone done Proton Therapy?
I was hoping for PHB (Benign prostatic
hyperplasia
) diagnosis but he told me that they found two cancer tumors one a 3+3 and the second a 3+4 Gleason 7 and a Tumor stage T1c. All still contained within the prostate. But All I heard was CANCER.

Insulin and Prostate.
I should have known better, in that every effect has a cause and that in all the animal kingdom only men and domesticated dogs suffer from the condition of BHP (Benign Prostatic
Hyperplasia
). See where this is going? It is of course hormonally driven, but it's the insulin stupid!

Is radiation still a good idea? Can APC be cured (until last week I always heard no)?

PIRADS 4 and Focal Hyperplasia Question
But it did find multiple areas of focal
hyperplasia
(I guess the early stages of BPH - I am currently 44 years old, and my prostate size is normal, a little on the smaller side). I think I probably asked this question to my doctor, but I forgot the answer he gave.

Anyone thought about using estriol instead of estradiol?

When ADT lowers PSA to near zero (<0.1), should prostate pain due to BPH or prostatitis fade away?
My PSA is 0.05 due to ADT. I have pain and pricking in the perinneal zone during daytime (not while asleep). For this reason I will have an MRI done this week. Can BPH pain exist if PSA is "zero"? 🤔
