Positive thoughts of what to do on not so good days
One of my weekly highlights is doing
hydrotherapy
stretching exercises in lovely warm water. Thoroughly recommend. Local hydro pools listed on Internet. It's amazing what you can do with a woggle to aid stretching! What do other people do?

After 16 years I've made it onto the treatment ladder
I was offered
hydrotherapy
but said that I felt that it would not be much use... much like taking a car with a broken engine to a car wash... It may come out nice and clean but it still has a broken engine.....

getting ready for the drop in temperature!!
In the next couple of weeks I'm going to block book some
hydrotherapy
, as this also helps keep me loose and less achy, and means I can still get some exercise when it's harder to get out and about.

STOP SMOKING TIPS
Questions to ask yourself Take the time to think of what kind of smoker you are, which moments of your life call for a cigarette, and why. This will help you to identify which tips, techniques or therapies may be most beneficial for you. ◾ Do you feel the need to smoke at every meal? ◾ Are you

The latest figures show that around 7 in 10 people in the UK own a smartphone. There are billions of apps available to download, which have an almost endless range of uses.
