My anxiety story
Hi everyone! I want to share my story with you all and maybe get some advice. Since I was a kid I´ve always struggled with my self confidence. I would always get extremely nervous before an exam or the first day at school. I used to had nausea when I got nervous. Anyways I never realised that I had

Anyone have any luck with this in regards to anxiety, panic disorder and agoraphobia? I imagine if you did you wouldn't be on here.

IBS hypnotherapy
My partner has been suffering from IBS for 3/4 years. She has had every test known to humanity and tried various diets including FODMAP. But the problem remains and is extremely distressing and spoiling her life. She is seeking to try hypnosis as a last resort. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations

CBT/Hypno book recommendation please
I`m getting more and more stressed about my IBS at the moment - in particular worrying about possibly needing a loo in a hurry and I feel this is getting out of control. I have looked into hypnotherapy but cannot afford it. Does anyone know of a good book/online course which is helpful (I think I

Thyroid and anxiety
Hello. I have only recently discovered there is something out of whack with my thyroid. I have had anxiety and panic for about two years. I now know there is a link between thyroid and anxiety. I wondered if anyone else had experienced anxiety as a result of thyroid health not as a result of mental health

It never ends... constant breathing issues, muscle tension, dizzy
I'm so exhausted from these symptoms. I am a smart woman, my life is not bad at all but I have this demon called GAD that follows me everywhere. I have suffered with anxiety since I was 15. I'm 36 now. It's just gotten worse as my life gets better. Makes no dang sense! I'm battling serious breathing

Diet difficulties
I keep reading how the right diet is the key to feeling better and losing weight with thyroid/adrenal issues. To make a long story short, I have tried and failed to have a well balanced gluten and sugar free diet for many years. It has been a source of both frustration and sadness that I beat myself

Hot date
Well after the disappointment of not getting to run this morning (well wimping out in the rain) I decided to go as soon as I got home from work, in what can only be described as swamp like conditions. Hot, thick air and worst of all, people, cars, dogs, things just getting in the way. Never mind, I digress
