Linaclotide
My doctor recently gave me Linaclotide for chronic constipation. This was to be taken when needed. It is quite a aggressive drug in which I'm running for the toilet. I don't like it to be honest as it stops me from going out. Today I've been told to take this drug every day to help with constipation.

So I'm feeling pretty down today...
I eventually get to rusper village church and it hits me. I cry. I'm so sad I put up with my parents mood on top of head injury. I message my gf...she's thinking about herself even after I say I thought about my death. I message a female family friend...she refers to head injury as shit! Hopefully

IBS / ANXIETY MEDICATION WORKING BUT GETTING DIZZY AND LIGHT-HEADED!
I'm 25 and have suffered with IBS and anxiety since I was 17. However lately I've had things under control using loperamide (imodium) for my ibs and propranolol (beta blocker) for the anxiety. I'm doing so well I've just landed my first full-time job having been held back by my condition(s) for years

Catheter care
Bruce went to his doctor today for a check up on the new catheter. Prior to this catheter, the doctor had ordered an intermittent or what I hear the nurses call, ""straight cath" It is not left in and the doctor feels that bacteria has less of a chance to colonize....I just read a paper that states

Fear of rejection
Hi everyone! So, I haven't been on this site for what feels like a while. I stumbled across this site some months ago when I was in a dark place and googling "lack of motivation" (haha) and it was just what I needed. A kind, supportive community of people who got it. Thanks to everyone who left supportive

Nottingham based members
Are there any Nottinghamshire based members who had a head trauma in the past/recently? If so I would like to connect and meet for a cuppa tea in town and share our stories. Personally I feel like talking to people about my bus accident would help me cope easier with some of the symptoms I am experiencing

Home Lifts - advice needed!
Hi - I hope the collective hive mind might be able to help me? My father was diagnosed with PSP two years ago, and has probably suffered from it for the last 5ish years or so - although we're told that he's been diagnosed at an early stage, which is something. It's being managed through a combination
