Latest Consensus on Omega-3, Aspirin & Curcumin?
So in finishing up my deep dive into supplements, these were the three I had the most trouble making any definitive personal conclusions about so I wanted to do a review before putting them to bed to get any last input. My general feeling is without well-designed long-term studies (not retrospective

mercaptopurine
I've had another flare of my AIH and they've started me on mercaptopurine daily. I was wondering what help & advice any 6MP users could give me. Experiences, side effects, do's & dont's? I'm nervous about taking it after having a bad reaction to azathioprine. Feel okay so far tho.

Nash fears
So I’m feeling a bit deflated, had an initial very high fibroscan that was overestimated at 20kpa in 2020, had a follow up scan last year which showed 7.2 kpa, had a really tough time last year and probably didn’t take my diet/weight as serious as I should of done. Since January I’ve lost over 20lbs

Vitamin E
Hi, Hepatologist has asked me to start taking 800IU of vitamin E daily (in two 400IU doses). I've done a little research and there seems to be some evidence for it reducing inflammation in NASH. But I'm generally a bit sceptical of supplements. Does anybody have an experience/has anybody had any improvement

Testosterone Injections
I recently had my blood sample taken and results reviewed by the Men's Health Clinic. They couldn't do anything for me because my testosterone levels were in the 'normal' range (specifics below). To be honest they didn't take me seriously from first contact due to me not being in the 50+ age bracket,

Rank Neutraceuticals / Off-Label Drugs By Most Likely Most Beneficial
I'm curious about the opinions of members here on how they would currently rank Neutraceutical and off-label use drugs in order of highest benefit potential (most confirming clinical trial evidence combined with actual therapeutic or synergistic therapeutic effect) in slowing/stopping PCa progression

Any thoughts on ELF blood tests v Fibroscan, i want to see if 2 years of good diet, weight loss, no drink etc has made a difference, everytime I get a Fibroscan I am dissappointed as the KPA is going up not down, I just want to try and find out why and thought should I get the advanced Liver blood tests
