Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well. It’s me again!

I’m on Medicated FET treatment now and have a transfer this week.

Do you think it’s okay to keep taking vitamin E daily after transfer?

I am now taking the following supplements.

- Proceive

- extra Vitamin D (2000 IU)

- Optibac (two a day)

- extra Vitamin E (400 IU = 268mg)

- Proceive Omega 3

- Vaginal probiotics (Intra Fresh Plus)

*My clinic told me not to use probiotics pessaries once I start Progesterone pessaries (Cyclogest) so I stopped taking them last week, but I took them as much as possible!

Would appreciate your feedback.

Thank you!

Hi,

Love the list of supplements. I was told by my clinic to stop taking vitamin e because it can interact badly with blood thinners. I was taking clexane. I think it can increase the risk of bleeding and can store up in your system. I was a bit disappointed because the literature says its good with the uterine lining, circulation and prevention of miscarriages (I have a history with them). I would go on the advice of your consultant. If you are going to be taking blood thinners (like aspirin and clexane) I would stop. My consultant told me to stop so I did a few days before my transfer (each time).

Hi. I would check with your clinic to see if you need so many suppleents. Good luck. Diane

stop taking vitamin e if you are taking blood thinners as my clinic told me to stop too. As it can interact and can increase the chance of bleeding. Just only take parental multivitamin after transfer and not much others. As I did same . Good luck 🤞

I took optibac 1 daily even after transfer . It was in tablet form not in passery form. I increase fruit leafy things and pluses and I stay active a lot like lots of walk. But don’t make yourself too tired. Like as much as possible for you to . Good luck

I would ask your clinic. My clinic told me to stop taking vitamin E before stims, as it can disrupt hormones.
