Hi there, sorry to hear of your troubles. Really, in order to quell your anxiety you should visit your doctor and check there is nothing untoward going on. You've got nail bed change of some description but not necessarily Terry's Nails.
Admin. will pop on here and remove your photo as it's against forum rules to post photos for comment since none of us here are qualified to give any sort of confirmation.
Is your blood still being tested? Have you had any follow up scans since the Hep. C treatment? Protocol for some of the newer treatments is to do regular screening of the liver.
To point out, you are still giving your liver a potential issue if it's vaping you are doing. Vaping has been seen to contribute to fatty liver disease - in lab tests the poor wee lab mice developed fatty livers.
I'd go and get a few tests to make sure all is ok and seriously try to get off vapes - you're pumping loads of nasty chemicals into your body and it's your liver that has ti sort those out. Your lungs will thank you for it too.

Hi H4lmimi2025, I am sorry to hear you are worried about this nail feature you have noticed.
My understanding is that; changes in finger nail appearance can be part of the diagnostic window available to your Doctor - when they might consider the possibility of quite a wide range of underlying changes in your body - not just the specific one about which you have been so concerned.
I believe the danger with trying to self-diagnose, or community diagnose, (instead of consulting your Doctor), in such things; is we as patients risk either jumping to a worst case potential scenario, or put off seeing our Doctor (thereby, delaying the actual tests and treatment for a condition of which we perhaps would not have guessed for ourselves).
You mentioned you, (long term), take Ativan (the brand name for lorazepam, one of the benzodiazepines). My experience is that is one of the medications which patients are advised not to stop taking without active supervision by their Doctor (you should find a comment like that inside the package on the patient guidance leaflet). Some patients on lorazepam longer term; have regular blood tests arranged by their Doctor, as a precaution, to check how their body is managing the dosage ongoing.
If I were in your place; I would want to see my Doctor. If I were sat with you - talking over coffee - with you as my; friend, co-worker, or family member: I would encourage you to visit your Doctor.
