Vitamins - advice on timings

Thanks to advice on here (particularly   SlowDragon , many thanks) I've got my act together and bought the below and wondered if there's anything I need to know about what time to take them.

I've got:

Bioactive B12 (Nature Provides)

Basic B Complex (Thorne) - I recall advice to add in a week after starting the B12.

Magnesium Glycinate 2400mcg (Nature Provides) - take afternoon evening

Vitamin D + K2 (BetterYou)

Have I missed anything?

I've also got Selenium 100mcg (Cytoplan 100) which I got ages ago but have completely forgotten to take in the last year or so (still in date).

I take my levo in the small hours of the night when I (inevitably) wake up.

Edited to add: I've just read that Magnesium Glycinate has a laxative effect and as I am having ongoing investigations for recurrent extreme diarrhoea I'm thinking best not to take this, do you think?

only add only supplement at a time ….then wait 10-14 days to assess before adding another

That way you can track any improvements or changes

Suggest you start with vitamin D

Then B12 followed by B complex

I'm no expert, but based on what I've been told by my doctors, I specifically take Magnesium Glycinate to avoid the laxative affect most magnesium has. I still can't take a lot, and I had to work up rom a smaller dose to start, but it's less of a reaction than other forms I've taken.
