Hi I've just had a range of bloods done by my Gp as I'm feeling so tired and keep falling a sleep during the day. They all look OK apart from low end for calcium and my ggt liver one. Which could be because of antibiotics I'm permanently on for my cuti or my gallbladder which I'm waiting to be removed. I've had cancer 6mths ago and radical hysterectomy for it. In Jan I had cortisol checked privately which showed low and I haven't known how to treat it. The test was done 12ock had to wait 2 weeks to have this one. I did stop my b complex few days before. I need to do Vit D as she didn't test for that. I take b complex vit d spray magnesuim vit c 1000mg. Just appreciate any advice my Gp said my thyroid might have gone iffy last year because I was ill?

They test all of this and then skip on the most important test - FT3. Without that we really can't say for sure what is happening so I suggest you get some private tests run to include TSH, FT3 & FT4. Do the test at 9am, skipping biotin containing supplements for 3-5 days before the test and only drink water that morning, have breakfast after the test.

Free T4 (fT4) 12.4 pmol/L (9 - 19.1) 33.7%

Your FT4 is far too low but you haven't said what thyroid treatment you are on and for how long.

Your vitamins look good.

Your TSH is pretty good but it really isn't the full story at all. Private testing for a full thyroid panel would reveal more.

Vitamins should be retested annually to monitor if you are taking the right amount of supplements, Vit D twice a year.

Last September was a year ago so perhaps time to re run those tests to see where your FT3 is at.

Suggest you ask GP for a different anxiety medication

One that doesn’t lower Cortisol or affect thyroid levels

What else as I don't want antidepressants or tranquillisers? I was given propanol to help the high Thyroid level and tachycardia I was having all the time with tremors?

I was given propanol to help the high Thyroid level and tachycardia

Which you no longer have

Anxiety is common hypothyroid symptom

It becomes a vicious circle

Are you now taking any magnesium?

Propranolol lowers magnesium

And you need to test vitamin D

How much vitamin D are you currently taking

I use the betteryou magnesuim spray about 6 sprays. Also betteryou Vit d 3000 oral spray. I enclose my Thyroid levels since 2020 my t4 always on the low side before taking propanol. Would you say they are normal?
