I am going through a lot of different medical problems. Can any one suggest how I can stop a sore on my leg leaking. Can’t take time of work as dont get paid. have got some dressing but there no good as the leaking is soaking through. Waiting to see doctor but nightmare for appointment. At the moment am. using large sanitary towels under bandage, can’t use normal adhesive bandage as allergic reaction to adhesive. I am cleaning and bandage, but liquid is causing my leg to sting etc. I have had ceulitites twice in legs just don’t want it to happen again.

I have a Bosnik 2F cyst in my right kidney there were some changes in it . So local and royal free hospital London. Monitoring it. Then my GP wanted me to have a blood test for various things my vitamin D level is low at 27 doctor wants it up to 100 or over. Not sure if all connected but getting down on it all.

Any suggest would be helpful

IMHO, you need to go to A&E at your local hospital. This is potentially serious. Don’t self-diagnose but seek expert help from a specialist at the hospital. Don’t wait for a GP Donna as they may send you to a hospital anyway.

With good wishes,

Advice to go to A&E is correct. You should do this straight away or after work if you are concerned about missing work.

If your GP wants to do something about your low Vit D he is required to give you a loading dose or doses to get you started then you can supplement on a regular basis. I’d contact him and ask for the loading dose/s.

Then Better You oral sprays are recommended and the 3000iu is a good one for maintenance but don’t take the 3000 with K.

Yes. Go in. Have them test the fluid. Please keep us updated. Hugs to you

I would not sit with this, phone GP surgery and say how urgent this is, ie your history of cellulitis or go to the hospital, this needs treatment. MaryF

Thank you for your advice I have been to the hospital and yes I have ceulitis and have been given a stronger antibiotic , it’s is still red and I the. Foot now I will keep an eye on it. If symptoms change I will go back to hospital. I am at the ulcer clinic Wednesday and will see what they say.
