Abnormal ecg
Hi everyone, I have been having a few symptoms, which I’ve posted about previously - tight chested, lightheaded, dizzy and feeling like I’m not getting enough air. Today the dr wanted an ecg to be done, it was done by a nurse who then took the results to be looked at by the dr. When she came back

High Cholesterol
Hi, anyone else experience high cholesterol despite having a healthy weigh/diet? I’m 35 and so not smoke. Currently feeling so anxious, my cholesterol is high 5.7 😢 the nurse further scared me by saying how this increases my risk of heart attack and stroke. I do experience chest heaviness and palpitations

After exercise
My normal resting heart rate is around 65. When I exercise (cycle) it will go to around 155. However once I finish my ride my heart rate will stay around 80 to 90 for hours with my heart feeling jumpy. I wouldn't say I'm pushing it very hard when riding but I feel I'm getting a workout. I'm 54 had

After C25K - what I’m learning
Much to my surprise, I graduated a couple of weeks ago (23 June ‘21) and could not have been more delighted. So, having achieved my goal I was determined to keep running. But how to do it? Firstly I have kept reminding myself how brilliant I feel after a run. Also, how much it’s changed and improved

Dr FREI REUSABLE MASK WITH VALVE - RECALL.
My wife has just had a fascinating morning with Amazon as we received 6 e mails yesterday asking for these to be returned as it has been found they only have 5% instead of 95% efficacy as found in Iceland - the country not the shop. I just want to let you know that you can contact Amazon customer services
