I have been having a few symptoms, which I’ve posted about previously - tight chested, lightheaded, dizzy and feeling like I’m not getting enough air.
Today the dr wanted an ecg to be done, it was done by a nurse who then took the results to be looked at by the dr. When she came back in she said the dr had seen something and will call me tomorrow 😣 so now I’m feeling so anxious about the abnormal ecg. I had an ecg done by paramedics last week and they said it was normal- although their machine was playing up 😔
After the nurse came back from the dr, she asked me if I drank, smoked and weighed me- I am 35, within my BMI and I don’t smoke… I like the occasional drink but that’s it.
I’m really worried at what they say on the ecg, I would hope if they were concerned they would be acting sooner… but their not the best surgery 😒

If it was normal the nurse can deliver the message But if it shows something... which just keep in mind doesn't mean it's life threatening... it is a doctors responsibility to speak with you.
Hi Dixie, spoke to the dr- he said that the results appeared clear but he would like to wait and see what my blood results show before deciding what to do. I said the nurse said they were not normal, and he just said no they’re clear.
No Dr. would send you home if anything was seriously wrong with your Ekg..when will your labs be available..? Even 3 days is a long time for results of blood work..all he had to do was call the lab for preliminary report if he thought that anything may be amiss ..I’m a retired Emergency department RN and labs are done quickly!!!
Thanks Dixie, I hope so 🤞🏼 had horrible tingling pins and needles start since last week - my symptom list is growing 😣 maybe the bloods will show something.
