Psychological and counselling support
My family has just had a very impactful experience, my son who is 22, had open heart surgery twice in the same month and we nearly lost him the second time around. He was in the hospital for 9 weeks all in total, but within that 9 weeks what he went through and what he saw day in day out, was patients

Hello everyone
I really hope I’m doing this right and posting in the correct place. This is my first week of joining the weight loss support. For the first few weeks I’m going to follow a very low calorie sole source diet. It seems to be the only way I’ve had success in the past. Starting weight today 88kg Would

Reapplying for enhanced personal independent payment
I am currently receiving standard PIP. Unfortunately following heart surgery I am now under care of heart failure team. My mobility made worse by breathlessness. I am on a waiting list for a different style of pacemaker Can I now apply for enhanced PIP before my new re assessment date?

GF Waffles 🧇: Lunch 11-27-2022
For today’s lunch, I had extra crunchy peanut butter with two gluten free waffles and a Greek lemon meringue yogurt. Everything was delicious and the
total amount of carbs. for the meal was 61.

fear and loathing afib
I have had persistent afib for at least 10 years which has contributed to a couple of strokes, a multitude of TIA’s,
heart
attacks and an anxiety disorder which destroyed my mental
health
. In the last year I have had a pace maker installed.
