I really hope I’m doing this right and posting in the correct place.
This is my first week of joining the weight loss support. For the first few weeks I’m going to follow a very low calorie sole source diet. It seems to be the only way I’ve had success in the past.
Starting weight today 88kg
Would love to lose 10kg and think this is probably going to take me many months, especially with Christmas around the corner.
Well done to everyone else in the group who got through the last week and saw results, and even if you didn’t that’s just how it goes some weeks.

Below the message, you'll find a box with 'Reply to tidirhin2548': you write your details in that box and you're off an running. Then you scroll down to see the replies from other members and stop to say a few encouraging words - that's what the weigh in is all about, sharing the positivity around.
This sounds long-winded but once you've done it you'll know the steps: find the post that you want by following that blue link: click on the post: reply to the host with your news: chat to others.
