I really hope I’m doing this right and posting in the correct place.
This is my first week of joining the weight loss support. For the first few weeks I’m going to follow a very low calorie sole source diet. It seems to be the only way I’ve had success in the past.
Starting weight today 88kg
Would love to lose 10kg and think this is probably going to take me many months, especially with Christmas around the corner.
Well done to everyone else in the group who got through the last week and saw results, and even if you didn’t that’s just how it goes some weeks.
