Rib pain
I have suffered with rib pain & pain top of my stomach since menopause 5 years ago. I have been to my gp but still no wiser as to what is causing the discomfort. I have tried heat pads & pain killers but neither helps. It’s affecting my mood lately & feel really fed up. Does anyone else have the same

Swelling & severe pain in toe
Hi, Does anyone else suffer with swelling and excruciating pain in their toe(s) during a elongated flare up? I currently have severe swelling, redness and pain in my second toe - to the point where socks are hurting it - and lets be honest, no socks is not a possible answer in this weather... Walking

Itching with RLS
I am now on 1500mg of Gabapentin but not seeing much relief. At my next MD appointment I will be asking for an iron infusion as my iron levels are just barely at 100. The biggest problem I still have is the itching that I get all over my body with it most active towards evening. Analgesic creams have

Sudden severe back pain
I am seeing a neuro physio. I have explained that I am experiencing an increase in body pain over last eighteen months. She has given me exercises. On Thursday, I experienced sudden severe back pain, so severe that I couldn't walk. I was crying out when I moved. I have no recollection of injuring myself

Staying unmedicated.. how long before symptoms may return
This w/e I know I should probably resume my MTX,, but the last 3 weeks I’ve felt so much better, in my
head
. Joint
pain
has not returned other than my knees, which are constant (I have osteo in both knees also). And my right hand / forefinger flares up and down.

Consultant decided to withhold info from laparoscopy :(
I changed consultants, as they were gaslighting me and making me think the
pain
was all in my
head
. My new consultant has fast tracked a hysterectomy next week.

living in constant fear/ hypochondria.
As of now, I am in
pain
. My
head
will always go to the extremes, I make up all sorts of diseases in my mind. Unlike most people that just moves on, to me, this is not a possible. I have to dig deeper, google symptoms and then spiral.

HIP REPLACEMENT SURGERY
Hello, Am booked for a hip replacement operation on 1st February. I had 2 knee replacement operations in 2017 and 2018. Although a hip replacement is supposed to be somewhat less painful and easier to recover from, I am dreading it for the simple reasons I have severe rheumatoid arthritis - so stopping

Back, Shoulder, Knee & Hand Joint Pain.
Hi, I had an X-Ray on both of my hands last April which confirmed I had Osteoarthritis in all of the joints in both of my hands. I have had shoulder pain in both of my shoulders for many years as my job is working on a computer. I started to have lower back pain in 2020 and always had pain in one knee

My major complaint is
head
and jaw
pain
. Could this be a GCA flair? I doubled my prednisone to 6 mg yesterday but nothing seems to help. I have been taking Tylenol every 8 hours. My recent blood tests Sed rate and CRP were excellent.

shoulder pain PMR or costocondritis?
I recently ranted about having to jump the queue to get a suprascapular nerve block (avoiding a 12 month waiting list ) rather than reverse shoulder surgery which is a massive procedure in comparison . I’m scheduled to go on Monday costing £5k so far which is annoying in itself but Crohn’s and reflux

Stuck in a critical point in my life....But, I'll overcome it.
I've been in a chronic
head
pain
for almost 1 month due to this. Parents don't understand because if I drop something they lose their image infront of others about their son in such a condition. 2.
