I'm new, hello!
I'm so glad I've finally found somewhere to talk about my experiences with
head
injuries
. I feel it's really hard to explain to someone exactly how I feel unless they've been through something similar - and most people probably haven't.

Week 6 Run 3- OW
Did this one yesterday. I really, really struggled with the last 5mins of this one (I had walked quite a lot that morning as my car broke down-only a turned out to be a flat battery though). Felt elated immediately after, but my the time I got home I was in agony- had a good stretch, then a salt bath

RLS with pain
I have suffered with RLS most of my adult life. It was in our family long before it had a medical diagnosis or a name. Our name got it was “ nervous legs”. My mother had it, I had it and now my two sisters have it. Occasionally my son and daughter also have it. It sounds genetic but actually it is not

Any info on RLS and Chronic Kidney Disease?
The impulse control issues of the dopamine agonist combined with the
head
injuries
were problematic and have resulted in maxed-out credit cards, loss of jobs and hypersexuality.

Pain in lower legs
Please does anyone know if this is normal ? I started c25k last week with my friend . We have just finished the second run of week 2 . I was really enjoying it as I am not a runner of sorts and really want to be able to run a reasonable distance and get fit in the process . All was going as it should

Not sure I should even be posting in this group now ☹️🙄
Well I have not run since October 16th now. First there was the nasty virus and chest infection that would not clear - over 7 weeks!!! And then the niggly hip pain that has been on and off since the summer but has got steadily worse not better. I’d had exercises to do - no better, painkillers-no help

HELP. SCIATICA HAS GOT ME.
I have COPD and have scoliosis. I have had sciatica originating in my right lower back/buttock right down to the toes since January this year 2019. It is the most painful thing imaginable and I cannot even begin to describe it. All I know is that pain blockers (Pregabalin 00mg. twice a day) and intermittent

Coming off the KETO diet
Hi All, So I've been Keto for 2 years a 3 months. 2 years of that I have stalled really. The first 3 months I did loose. Ive had enough. I'm bored of it and its making me miserable. I keep cheating - then mentally beating myself up - then going back on it and I feel rubbish. I'm stuck in some horrid

Cramping limbs
I haven't been diagnosed with any kind if liver disease but I used to be a big drinker in my twenties and I took 4 paracetamol over doses. 3 in my late teens and one accidental one 2 years ago and that is when my symptoms started. They are upper right quadrant pain which also is in my back and side.

Coping with Trauma
I guess I should be thankful I'm still here but I can't cope with my
injuries
. I now have facial scaring, a
head
injury on the left of my head which went down to my skull and severe tissue loss at the front and the top of my head. I had to have three operations in three weeks.

So many symptoms
Don't want to make this post too long so I'll try to be as short as I can. I drank very heavily in my 20s, cut down to binge drinking in my early 30s. Only drank around once a month by my mid thirties but I did have an accidental paracetamol over dose when all my symptoms started 2 years ago. The liver

Couch to London Marathon Part 1
Hi C25K people, I have copied the below from my blog. I also wanted to thank you all for your amazing support when I announced I was doing this, you all helped me get across the line. :) Wow, I ran the London Marathon! I was there! I will spit this up into the lead up and then into the marathon itself

Hip pain
Just done Week 4 run 2 and absolutely amazed that I can do this. Had hip pain (more discomfort but always there) since week 1. I’m running through it and using deep heat. Anyone have constant hip pain?

Stress certainly sets AF off!
Sadly we knew there had been an accident near by and the injured person was being air lifted to LGI as they had serious
head
injuries
. I have been in and out of AF all day after being free since my ablation on 1st July.

PIP assessment
My concern is that the PIP assessors have little training and understanding of serious
head
injuries
and the long term effects and may decide he is not entitled to PIP. How can we be sure the assessor has the necessary knowledge and what are our rights regarding this?
