Just done Week 4 run 2 and absolutely amazed that I can do this. Had hip pain (more discomfort but always there) since week 1. I’m running through it and using deep heat. Anyone have constant hip pain?

Sorry to here that! Is it only when you run or all the time? If it’s the former then you need to slow right down as in Japanese slow running! Perhaps even take an extra rest day too. Well done getting this far in spite of the pain. If it gets any worse it may be time to see a GP or sports physio.

Great you've completed wk4r2. Maybe take a few days rest and try hip exercise for runners. There are a few online. Good luck 😊
