5 month Cough
Hey guys, I've had this terrible cough for about five months now. It doesn't happen when Im sleeping but during the day I'll often cough up phlegm or dry heave from the cough. I went and saw my GP and they sent me for breathing tests and a chest X-Ray. Nothing showed up and my breathing was normal. I

Worst run ever 😞
It was like the SECOND I set off the world was against me - I was running in fields which set my
hay
fever
and asthma off, up a giant hill, and on uneven ground. I couldn’t get my breath right at all and just hated every second which I’ve never felt like before.

Pneumonia recovery
Hi a really random one here but after recovering pneumonia how long do you leave it to drink alcohol again? I have my second chest X-ray to see if lungs are clear next week and then results on the 31st of October so thinking do I wait until after that?x

Chest X-ray-inflammation
Hi All. I’ve had a cough and had antibiotics, which didn’t do a lot. Then I got breathless so they tried steroids thinking of asthma but they made me mentally out of sorts so they stopped them. Then I just had a chest X-ray and the report says there are some slight inflammatory changes in the left lung

Pain around heart and shortness of breath anxiety?
So I have being experiencing some days with a bit of chest tightness and shortness of breath for about 2/3 weeks. Up until recently never had any issues (other than ibs) so it was a bit of a concern. I have a couple of times struggled to get a breath and then start panicking, getting hot and struggling

Just wondering if your average

tablets could harm kidney functions at all? I usually get very bad
hay
fever
this time of the yr but I do not if I can help it take any meds unless it gets really bad.

Hard work this week - timing conundrums
This week I’ve had a tummy bug that seems to be turning into a cold, unless it’s
hay
fever
, who knows! It’s been quite frustrating and I’ve only done one piddley 16 minute run since last Saturday.

I am running out of options...
I stumbled upon this site during my search for options and I could really use some advice... I am a 22 year old active female and I have recently suffered through two episodes of what seems to be like a stroke but I am unsure. I have no health issues and I am very active involving rock climbing, hiking

Suspected asthma but no wheeze
I have been suffering with a cough for 2 months. It is worst at night, waking me from sleep and when I exercise. I saw a nurse about 5weeks ago and she suspected asthma. My peak flow was only 220, about half of what it should be. I was given a blue inhaler to relieve symptoms. I used this frequently
