Really wasn’t motivated to do this today. Felt a bit under the weather- thought it was hay fever but may be a cold. Either way breathing through my nose is proving challenging but regardless did the run anyway.....now rest 😊😴

Hi, well done for completing the run. I was the same as you on week 2. I'm now starting week 6 and find I'm much better if I breathe through my mouth. I breath in for 4 steps and out for 2. Maybe that might help. Good luck!
