Time for the summer break

As children break up from school it's time for me to take a break from the site. Summer is my time to be at my healthiest and usually when I don't touch my ventolin what so ever. Although the hay fever season has me needed prescribed antihistamine.

I did have a wake up call this week when walking pass painters cleaning railings . Then into the building next to them up one flyt of stairs when they too had been painting too. I suddenly was wrack with coughing and immediately had to reach for my ventolin. Four puffs and was fine.

So I going off line to enjoy the summer hols with my family. I hope and pray you all stay well.
