Hay fever
I’ve had
hay
fever
for about 6 Years now. The last couple of Years it hasn’t been that bad but this Year it’s through the roof. My symptoms are lethargy, feeling sick. Some days I feel as though I’m wading through mud and can’t get out of bed. I take an antihistamine and a nasal spray.

Cough. Ongoing.
My “asthma cough” has been present for about 4 months now. Often during the day it’s hardly there, but at night/early morning i have a coughing fit, which means getting up, having a hot drink, and sitting up. I’ve decided I prefer coughing to feeling the breathlessness which freaks me out. With my cough

Anemia and asthma
I am finally going to see the pulmonologist on Thursday. Had another batch of testing done before my appointment. Chest X-ray, bloodwork, and pulmonary function test. My PF test showed I was still only using 57% of my predicted value. I had several tests, including the one where you are in a booth. My

Asthma hit me out of the blue
Now, I'm getting on happily with life when I notice that what seemed to be annual mild
hay
fever
seems to be going out of control. I'm getting breathing problems and coughing until I gag. My GP practice is pretty good and reacted quickly. I had a Covid test- negative.

1st Consolidation Run completed and a question
Has an odd effect - like I have

, (and no i don't have the virus :-) So my plan is this, I will keep the 30mins 5K thingy going till the end of next week and then do the 10% rule for a few weeks then another 10%. Or is that too ambitious.

CT SCAN & PET SCAN'S FOLLOW UP POST (FINAL)
After my COPD annual review in August 20119 - I was sent for an X Ray which showed a shadow - Follow up X Ray the same. A number of CT Scans and a Pet Scan would show I still had the shadow which had spread to the Left-Lung from my Right Lung. Concern was shown from Specialist number one - However his

Soap substitutes for hand washing
I have the whole atopic gang - asthma, eczema and
hay
fever
although the
hay
fever
less so. I was told by a doctor years ago ‘no soap on any part of your body’ so have been using soap substitutes for hand washing.

So confused at the moment
I was diagnosed with GCA in February 2017 and started on 60mgs Prednisolone. Regular blood tests and consultant rheumatology visits followed. A year later I was diagnosed with PMR. In January 2018 I was told I had steroid induced Diabetes and commenced on Metformin. I have frequent chest infections

Further Update: Multiple Chest Infections
A few people have asked for an update when I get it. Last week I had several blood tests and a sputum sample.
