Has anyone had stomach pain since being on Foster Nexthaler?
I'm having really bad stomach pain at night. My GP seems to think it an ulcer but 2 rounds of Lanzoprazole then Omeprazole have not helped. It's getting so I'm scared to eat and sleep. While I was up in the middle of the night last night, I suddenly thought that the onset of my stomach issues has coincided

Bisoprolol
Hi, I've been feeling dizzy, lightheaded and was wondering if Bisoprolol Fumarate 5 mg that I have been taking every day for a few years could be the cause of my discomfort. I would appreciate any comments and advice.

So a shock diagnosis of colon cancer last year, surgery and chemo and I'm now doing c25k for a second time hoping that exercise can have some beneficial effect in keeping me healthy. Anyone else in this situation?

Would like to ask if switching from IBS c to IBS d is common. Iāve been trying to manage constipation for 40 years. Iām used to that.Yesterdayās urgency was really anxiety provoking for me. Thank you for reading.

constipation leading to Pelvic Floor dysfunction
I have IBS - C and over the years the medical fraternity have prescribed laxatives for me. Iām following a low fermentation & FODMAP diet which works well for me. However my constipation due to a lot of straining has turned into PFD which basically means my anal muscles are out of sync. Does anyone suffer

thank you
thank you everyone for all the help you gave me recently, my husband is improving but will never be better like before, but any improvement is better than how he was. I too am feeling a little better, I did go to the hospital in the end, it seems I keep getting partial bowel obstruction and it eventually

I have had T since January of 2023 - Started off light, had days of not hearing it and then awful days and then constant since the end of March - As of late I do have a few decent days, it's the emotional part of it that is the worst for me because I know it's something I can't control, and I like being

How to increase scarring after trabeculectomy
My husband (30m) had a trabeculectomy in his left eye in August 2023. It is now November 2023 and the IOP is only up to 7. His vision in that eye has never recovered (it does temporarily if he does something a little strenuous like walking up a steep hill). The consultant has said that to prevent

NHS black box warnings for anticoagulantsā¦..
Just seeking some guidance. Iāve been a member of this forum since 2014 and I can only ever recall seeing two very recent member references to black box warnings for anticoagulants in general and Apixaban in particular. This prompted me to type this header into the search box at the top of this page

Hi all! Had my endoscopy last Friday.. my follow up (awaiting biopsies) I have mild erosive Gastritis which I understand can prevent B12 from absorbing? My Gastroenterologist says I havenāt got B12 deficiency ( before endoscopy) last test was 6 months ago! 226 ng/l (178ng/L - 2000ng/L (I did quote

Hip pain
Been diagnosed with IBS but from reading other posts I realise I am getting off lightly with symptoms. Possibly microscopic colitis. I just want to know if anyone else gets a lot of pain in area of right hip? Could this be IBS or just OA? Thanks

New member
New member here. Looking to commiserate with other IBS sufferers about how they are dealing with symptoms. Iāve been told that a lot of this (bloating, constipation) is brought on by stress. But then you start ādoomscrollingā to better understand your symptoms and you see all kinds of stories of people

Oral care tip
Just to share in case it helps someone: My mother has very advanced disease and her tongue doesnāt move well; she has difficulty swallowing and her mouth is usually open, so she mouth-breathes all day. She is immobile and nonverbal and stays in a care facility. On her last trip to the dentist (a caregiver
