Is it the New shape of Aerobika mouthpiece causing my mouth ulcers?

Just wondering if any of my fellow chest clearance buddies are experiencing recurrent mouth ulcers ?

. Think mine is due to the different shape of Aerobika mouthpiece.? My newest device comes with a sort of ‘lip’ to the edge of it …Grasping at straws here to get a reason.. Mouth ulcers are so sore!

😮 Sterilize after every use? I wash & drain after every use and sterilize once a week. Perhaps I should do it more often.. but feel as if these new mouthpieces scratch my tongue

Didn’t/ Don’t seem to get them with the old shape mouthpiece .. 😬

I used to have mouth ulcers; take after my mum. But, I found out that taking NSaids like Ibruprofen, and an inclusion in most toothpastes, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, can cause mouth ulcers. So, I've stopped both of those and, touch wood, no more mouth ulcers.

thanks for response

Sadly I already do both of those …and still getting the retched ulcers.. that’s why I think it may be the new shape of the aerobika mouthpiece that’s rubbing on my tongue

But like I said .. I’m grasping at straws.. need to find a herbal / supplement that may help ..

Good luck with that. I think it's genetic, so prone to getting them. Before electric toothbrushes came along, I got ulcers bashing the inside of my mouth with the toothbrush. Just bought a new electric toothbrush; it's like an angry wasp, but I reckon it's cleaning my teggies much better than the old one did.

That’s worth thinking about… I do use a battery operated brush though so shots be similar ?
