It's weekly chat time! 25th February - 3rd March 😊 😊 😊
In fact she's pretty much won everything she has entered since then, and has something mad like 50% more
haemoglobin
in her blood than regular runners because of her mountain upbringing.

Eltrombopag stopped responding
My
haemoglobin
was 14 initially now dropped to 12.4. My hematologist advised to continue Eltrombopag and told me that he will do intervention when count dropped below 20000. He is also not interested to add other immunosuppressants as I have completed course of rituximab. I have queries.

New to LCHF after years of being on WW diet
I have been to my GP and I had a
Haemoglobin
A1c blood test and I’m waiting for the results, but there appears there is a connection to high cortisol and insulin resistance. I thought my diet was quite good, until I sat and thought about it and realised I was kidding myself.

The kidney connection continued
Creatine 94,
haemoglobin
142 and ESR 6 complete the test. So I have decided to try and lower my salt and potassium intake and as I already stick to a low sugar diet for diabetes, its proving quite difficult.
