Albumin/Creatinine ratio: 18.1 (previously, 59.2; high-risk to medium-risk)
My GP is referring me to a nephrologist later this month. He said a professional practitioner will monitor my situation better than a family doctor. I will be doing another round of blood works next week, as well as urine microscopy.
My spot BP is 130/80
My GP continue to prescribe me 50mg of Losartan daily.
My weight is 92.5 kg this morning; BMI is 26.5. I will continue to change diet, lose weight, more exercises.
Best regards,
Sam

I had good feelings from the beginning that you were on the right track with the medications that you were given and changes in your diet.
Good that you will be checking in with a nephrologist as their experience and expertise can only improve improve your situation and monitor your health!
My GP wants me to be monitored by an expert. He told me that he doesn't specialize in the area. I live in Vancouver, Canada. We got a lot of nephrologists in the area.
