Help needed to Interpretate latest blood results please

Could anyone please help interpret my blood results please. I am currently taking 2 x 75mcg of tyrotex as cytomel hasn’t been in production for the last few months.

Serum ferritin level 81 ug/L (10.0-291.0)

Serum total 25-hydroxy vitamin D level 27.8nmol/L

Haemoglobin concentration 116g/L (115.0-150.0)

Total white blood count 5.9 10*9/L (3.5-11.0)

Platelet count 246 10*9/L (140.0-400.0)

Haematocrit 0.369 ratio (0.36-0.46)

Red blood cell count 4.98 10*12/L (3.8-5.0)

Mean cell volume 74.1fL (80.0-99.0)

Mean cell heamoglobin level 23.3pg (27.5-32.5)

Basophil count 0.01 10*9/L (0.02-0.1)

The following were taken at 9.50am

Serum T4 level 10.2pmol/L (11.0-22.6)

Serum free triiodothyronine level 8.1 pmol/L (3.5-6.5)

Serum TSH level <0.01 mu/L (0.2-4.0)

The following blood results were taken at 10.20am

Serum free T4 level 1.4pmol/L (11.0-22.6)

Serum free triiodothyronine level 7.4pmol/L (3.5-6.5)

Serum TSH level <0.01 mu/L (0.2-4.0)

I'm not a big fan of t3 only so I'll leave that for someone else to comment on.

You're vitamin d and ferritin both look low to me. The ferritin can probably be brought up by eating an iron rich diet for months while the vitamin d may need supplements.

Personally, I aim for 125 mmol vitamin D (40 ng on the American scale) and 100-150 ferritin.
