my absence...

I know all of you know that yesterday was 'Monday Me'. I was surely taking care of myself in every possible way I could. I was in an ER from 6am until 4pm.

Was having excruciating right groin pain.. unable to move my right leg up, down, or in any direction. Thought possibly to be appendicitis, hernia?? . CT scan was negative. Labs all good.

As many of you know when something is having so much of an impact on your health and they find no reason, it can be surely frustrating. This morning it is much improved. Who knows??

I just wanted you to know I didn't forget about all of you yesterday. I was taking care of myself. Hope to be back to 'normal' (whatever that is 😊) in a few days.

Sending positive thoughts for a quick recovery, Donna. Nothing quite as frustrating as ‘idiopathic pain.’ I hope you’re feeling better and whatever it was doesn’t return. Take care of yourself. Best 🤗.
