does anyone suffer with groin pain when having a flare up

groin pain
Hello, yes. I’ve recently been diagnosed. My lap showed endo all over pelvic walls and ligaments.
yes - I have been diagnosed with deep set endo in bowel and for months have suffered with excruciating hip and groin pain. Suspected adhesions on ligaments but not had any further procedures to prove it. So glad it’s not just me as the pain at night and when sitting is often horrendous. X-rays and ultrasound show nothing structurally wrong so the conclusion is it is the endo
yes suffer with bad groin pains when having an endo flare up, and sometimes throughout the month too.
Hot water bottle or tens machine sometimes help reduce it a bit.
Yes I do, all the time and extreme pain there when on my period. I have a left handside endometrioma where pain is and endo on my stigmoid colon which is also on the left. Radiates down left leg making it hard to walk sometimes.
I have constant groin pain on the left which radiates to my left hip, lower back, buttock and down my leg. I’ve also developed nerve pain on my left side as well now and can barely walk. I’ve had to buy a wheelchair for going out, and on a 12-month waiting list for a laparoscopy.
I’m so sorry to hear this. Please may I ask, how did they diagnose the cause of this pain as endo? Xx
I haven’t got a diagnosis yet. But I basically have all the symptoms… it all started with periods becoming unbearably painful.
There’s still a chance it isn’t Endo, of course, as I have no solid evidence to say it is, but so far, nothing has picked up what it is and Endo is notoriously difficult to diagnose. An internal ultrasound picked up pelvic varices and my Dr suspects that Endo is the underlying cause, as I’m a 27 year old yoga/walking enthusiast who’s never had children and of a healthy weight.
