I was diagnosed in March with GCA and PMR, I started on 60 mgs of prednisone a day, reducing monthly. I am now on 20 mgs a day. Whilst on holiday I developed a DVT which led to a pulmonary embolism. I started taken warfarin. Two weeks ago and lots of irritating symptoms like night sweats, hand shakes

It's Only Taken 2 Years . . .
Just over two years ago I got a phone call from my GP asking me to go in to see her after blood tests were showing me to be borderline diabetic. I disputed that from the outset as I knew from my friend (she's diabetic and thinks it's "fun" to compare sugar levels before and after meals when we go out

I've had PA for 43 years and am on four weekly Cytamen 1000mcg b12 injections. In May 2015 I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, prescribed 4 x Metformin 500mg daily. Will this medication affect my B12 levels?
