Food sensitivities
I have had long term issues with constipation, which resolved when I went dairy
free
. I also find I feel much better on a
gluten
free
diet
so have been GF and DF for about 1 year. These are both very tricky to manage when eating out and I know people think I’m very awkward!

Ttc with high tpo antibodies
My TSH or TFTS are all normal so im not on any medication but to help lower the antibodies Im on a
gluten
free
diet
. We have been told we can try again but I am terrified of having another loss. It really takes me months to get back to normal.

Desperate for some advice
I'm on a strict
gluten
free
diet
amd have a balanced diet so I can't be food induced. I am aware there was a trace of endo on the surface of my bowel on my last laparoscopy in 2020. Is it possible for it to have moved into my bowel? Has anyone had this or something similar happen to them?

Help to understand bloods etc
After a bit of reading I am today embarking on a
gluten
free
diet
in the hope that it will make me feel better in myself. I am due to see the doc again in a week and want to be prepared to ask for more detailed blood tests rather than just rely on TSH.

Diet?
I’m trying not to be on an overly restricted diet, though my recent autoimmune antibody tests showed a really dramatic reduction while I was following a
gluten
-
free
diet
for a few months. I didn’t feel any better for it and dropped after I did my test - but was it this that caused the reduction?

Ibs pain
I have been following a
gluten
free
diet
for about 2 months now, I have noticed that I am less bloated but that has been the only change. I am wanting to ask, does anyone else get woke up through the night with stomach pain?

Struggling again
I can see I have a conversion problem and am on a
gluten
free
diet
. Test done at 8.50 fasting . Does anyone think that to help in the short term before I go away I could increase from my 100mcg current dose in an effort to boost T3 ? I felt much better when I got it up over 5 .

IBS Diarrhoea
I am now on a
gluten
free
diet
as I did a York test and it showed I was allergic to wheat and some meats.. At the moment I eat gluten free cornflakes with oat milk or rice milk and a banana. For lunch I have gluten free rice cakes with some canned tuna in brine.

Gluten ataxia.
For many there is still no medication and only if you don't respond to a
gluten
free
diet
are you offered anything.A
gluten
free
diet
and a healthy eating approach along with regular exercise helps. I also take lots of high dose supplements.
