Levothyroxine & Glucosamine Chondroitin - ok together?
Today I'm starting Levothyroxine (for Hoshimoto's thyroditis) and I'm wondering if it's ok to take Glucosamine Chondroitin the same time in the morning?

Still no joy from Doctor 🤦
After sending my private blood results to Dr refused to increase levo had phone appointment, kept insisting TSH suppressed & danger of osteoporosis. I tried to keep calm to explain my thoughts & where I'd research my information. Dr then asked which lab I'd used & where was it..... Quite upset/annoyed

Time and again I see recommendations that one should speak to an MPN specialist or someone else on one's care team - and I have a quiet chuckle and just carry on with my life. Post double ankle sprain rehab
Hi all, I managed to sprain both ankles, falling off a high curb, but at the beginning of a 450km cycle tour. Although I could not walk well, I could cycle with discomfort only under exertion. Given that I had was committed to the tour, I continued with pain-killers, an ankle support for the most affected

This might be found useful?
I was on here quite a bit after a total knee replacement two years ago. Nothing much seemed to help that wasn't either an opoid or some other harsh drug. I decided to load up on Fenugreek water each day (one quart from simmering 2 Tablesp. seed in one quart of water, cooling, then straining-seeds can

hyperbaric chamber as treatment for PMR? Marine collagen peptides anyone ?
I met a lady shopping today.. she told me both she and her friend both in their 60’s have terrible pains in the arms and shoulders. She can’t bear to move them above chest height - and said her gp was totally puzzled as to what it might be ! We discussed PMR, tests such as CRP and ESR and of course this

my story
I’m 74 yrs old and have some other autoimmune conditions with arthritis. I have Kyphosis and thoracic spine degeneration. Up until a year ago I didn’t have much pain or much restriction. That has changed and now my right side of chest aches a lot up into my shoulder. I am restricted in what I can do

How to Starve Cancer
Good morning lovely ladies! I’m stage 3c oc, surgery last March and finished chemo in October. As I had such a terrible time with white cell count, I’ve opted not to have Niraparib. I’ve read this book and was impressed by the author’s journey. I think my diet is pretty good but am trying to cut out

Hi, just wondering what supplements people take when have SLE Lupus? Because of the affects on my liver and kidneys, I am taking the following: fish oil, Vitamin D, Womens multi vitamin, MSM, milk thistle. Just curious in what everyone is using? I feel its helping a bit when comes to energy. Taking
