Glucosamine and chondroitin

So following my HA on 27th February I have been upping my exercise in line with rehab advice .I am walking 40 minutes most days and occasionally cycling .

I have noticed a few more aches and pains (non cardiac) .

I was diagnosed over 20 years ago with mild arthritis in my neck and almost certain these aches and pains relate to a worsening of this condition and brought to light with my increase in activity .

Several years ago I used to take Glucosamine and chondroitin and found it really helped ease the pains and discomforts.

But

Can I now take them after my HA ?

I'm not looking for a go ahead here as I fully understand no-one here can give me that advice .

But curious to know if anyone has been in a similar situation and if so, what you have been advised ?

I am on the usual combination of tablets .

Asprin

Atorvastatin

Bisoprolol

Lanzoprazole

Ramipril

Ticagrelor

Request for information on Bisoprolol....

I've taken this medication right at 3 years and presently I am controlling the effects.

For your proper function, it can not be taken in the daytime. The results are

disasterous. You become wrapped in pain. Can hardly walk. Just miserable.

Otherwise at night around 5-6 pm is the best overall time. You wake ready to go.

Try this consuming time and you will note an improvement from the latter. Dosage

is 5mg and I take it by itself. Some of these medications will cause buzzing in your

ears. Have a great day. Msg me for any particulars. 👍😀
