How to stop seeing my naturopath without being rude?
Hiya people, brief update: went to see a naturopath, she correctly diagnoeed me with adrenal fatigue and candida and gave me HCL, enzymes, probiotics and a food plan involving lots of protein (she thought lack of protein might be raising my cortisol). She also prescribed MSM. She doesn't think it is

Treatment disparities between heterosexual and gay and bisexual men diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The following is part of next week's American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual meeting and was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Malecare found significant treatment utilization disparities between heterosexual and MsM. Most startling is that almost twice as many initially treated heterosexuals

Hi Guys, I'm new here and reading all your posts have been so helpful in the last couple of weeks! Like many of you I've been poo-pooed by my GP and they basically think I'm crazy and an hypochondriac (though the last eye roll they got from me when they went "oh really? you were depressed?" "Yes, I

New member with blood test results - your thoughts please
Hello, my name is Vanda and I am a 53 year post menopausal female. I have been struggling with a whole lot of symptoms that may point to hypothyroid disorder, so I had bloods done by my GP and also paid for New Horizon bloods as after reading on here, I knew my GP bloods would be next to useless. I

Supplements
I have been taking msm for several weeks and have added 1000mcg B12 in the last week and yesterday I had a few irregular heart beats (missing a beat) and was very tired. Could it be the B12. I have an underactive thyroid which is being treated with 125mcg of Levothyroxine.

Suplements
I have in the last few weeks started taking msm which seemed ok and in the last week to 10 days B12 at a dose of 1000mcg a day under the tongue. I didn,t feel too good today, tired slow and bit irregular heartbeat at times. Could it be the B12. Oh and I sometimes use magnesium oil.

Changing anticoagulant
We are due to go and discuss my husbands anticoagulant. The rheumatologist has suggested changing from warfarin due to constant irregularities in INR. I do not have much faith in this rheumatologist as she suggested I put my husband on glucosamine. and omega 3 to help with his joints saying there was

Just wanted to clarify again, about MSM, and dosages.
I will never look back, now that I am taking about 15000mg of MSM daily, together with my ascorbic acid, you could also add a lemon in the hot water. I take 2 x 1.5 tsps daily, together with 1tsp of ascorbic acid. Each rounded tsp is about 5000mg, and yes I am taking quite a high dose now, but took

The ketogenic diet and cancer, or in fact most diseases.
This is actually what I do, I should add more fats, which I will do now. It is truly an eye opener, but only when most fall sick, will they do something about it, but many will just follow the conventional medical interventions, which I find a shame, as they are not really giving themselves a chance

Vitmains/minerals/supplements and fatigue
Hi, I' new here, but I was wondering if anyone found taking vitamins/supplements helped them and which vitamins. I have iron, calcium, vitamin d and glucosamine sulfate, and I didn't think they were doing much, but since I stopped taking them I feel really lethargic. Has anyone had any success? I've

MSM Black seed oil and Extra vigin cod liver oil
Hi everyone, since stepping up my MSM intake to 10000mg in total, daily in 2 doses, I just feel even better. I buy the 99.9% organic pure crystals, really cheap, put 1 heaped tsp, together with 1 tsp of ascorbic acid, in warm water to dissolve them properly. Pretty bitter, but not that bad. Do not

Very seldom do I find something that works.
MSM is the most wonderful thing that I have ever found. I thought that I had better energy, now self-medicating with T3, but OMG, I wondered why I had so much more energy, since starting on MSM. Going to my Salsa again tonight, just can't stop dancing!!! Read the following, a long article, but so

If you have asthma, MSM seems to help a lot, but also there is another very interesting article, about a guys personal trials.
In this article, MSM didn't help the guy, but then asthma suffers differ, just like us hypos. One thing works for one, and not the other. 3 of my children are asthmatic, and one of my daughters-in-law, so have told them all to have a read of the 2 articles, one about msm and asthma, and one from

Another just had to post, about MSM.
Got my MSM today, form Lindens 360 x 1000mcg from ebay, together with my l'Carnitine Tartrate powder, and the distilled water came yesterday. Will be applying my mix of LCT and distilled water, and DMSO, to my head as soon as that arrives, being very careful, not to let it drip anywhere else. So I
