N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC)
This page goes into how NAC can be a game-changer for those with COPD. http://www.lifeextension.com/Magazine/2010/5/N-Acetyl-Cysteine/Page-02 I just started it myself and I feel it is making a difference. Hoping to see still more improvement as I continue. I take it along with vitamin C and MSM. All

methylfolate questions
I've been taking Jarrow methylfolate for quite some time now, and only just now realized that it's not Metafolin (the one patented by Merck), but rather Quatrefolic (patented by Gnosis). In any case both are the (6S)-5-MTH form, with the former being a calcium salt and the latter a glucosamine salt.

Hope I get answers soon....
After 2 full days with hands being in pain, stiff, sore and dropping things I really hope the blood tests I had done Monday show something. I'm not sure if rheumatologist said he'll be in touch when he gets results back or if he's going to wait for ultrasound results aswell. Can't cope anymore, naproxen

Has anyone tried Shark Cartilage
I have now decided to try a new approach to my pain. Over the years I have tried the usual alternative treatments like glucosamine, code liver oil and so on, but on a recent searches online I looked up Shark Cartilage and thought I'd give it a go, and has anyone else tried it and what we're the results

Msm
I just wondered if anyone has had any good results using MSM. I am hypothyroid and take Levothyroxine. I also have osteopenia along with feeling lethargic and hair that feels like straw. I've read quite a few good things abut this supplement.

N Acetyl Glucosamine?
I noticed that Dr Christianson and Suzy Cohen both recommend NAG for leaky gut. It seems to get a small number of rave reviews on WebMD and Amazon. I wondered if anyone here has tried it? Thanks.

How to stop seeing my naturopath without being rude?
Hiya people, brief update: went to see a naturopath, she correctly diagnoeed me with adrenal fatigue and candida and gave me HCL, enzymes, probiotics and a food plan involving lots of protein (she thought lack of protein might be raising my cortisol). She also prescribed MSM. She doesn't think it is

Treatment disparities between heterosexual and gay and bisexual men diagnosed with prostate cancer.
The following is part of next week's American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual meeting and was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology. Malecare found significant treatment utilization disparities between heterosexual and MsM. Most startling is that almost twice as many initially treated heterosexuals
