I will never look back, now that I am taking about 15000mg of MSM daily, together with my ascorbic acid, you could also add a lemon in the hot water.

I take 2 x 1.5 tsps daily, together with 1tsp of ascorbic acid. Each rounded tsp is about 5000mg, and yes I am taking quite a high dose now, but took a few months to work up to this.
