Dr says I'm fine...I can feel me dying. [USA Help Please]
I wish there were straight email communication to the UK from the US. I have celiac disease & pernicious anemia un-diagnosed though not for lack of effort & Dr visits. Resulting in nerve pain, so many more issues including but not limited to mental & nerve damage all now rapidly progressive, due to deficiency

How much folate should I take.
Hi I have popped over from the thyroid forum and I posted here a few weeks ago as I was confused as to why my Active B12 result was top of the range but serum B12 was only 385. I am now wondering why my recent folate level was rather low at 6.95 ug/L 2.91 - 50.00 I was and I still take Thorne Stress

Hi! Having worked our way through The programme my husband and I are now enthusiastically jogging round our town before 7am three times a week. We are loving it and feeling the health benefits but I am a bit worried about the strain we may be putting on our joints (mine 69 and his 73 years old). We have

Husband has been on docetaxel and ADT. His knees have been bothering him for the past four weeks. Does anyone have an effective glucosamine to recommend ? Or some other approach to this problem? Thank you!

I haven’t been very active on the website recently but I always take time every day to read the trials and tribulations of so many brave women. I get strength from reading their stories . Now I need them more than ever. Since I was first diagnosed with PPC in 2011 this unwelcome visitor has arrived

Glucosamine - possible effects on lipid profiles
I had a heart attack in 2005 at the age of 54. Stent in right coronary artery, put on simvastatin 40mg, bisopolol 2.5mg and aspirin. Very good lipid profile for several years. After 10 years on the simvastatin I was changed to Atorvastatin 30mg. Over the last few years I have been trying to reduce

Magnesium benefits in PD as Oral and Topical Application
Magnesium has many healthful benefits for PWPs and others with health issues. The right dose of the right type of magnesium can help alleviate constipation and magnesium is healthy for the body in general. It can help with aches and pains, muscle strains, muscle cramps, stiff neck and can be very helpful

Eliquis & Osteoarthritis pain
I'm on Eliquis for 10 weeks due to pulmonary embolism. Will likely be on it for life. My long time osteoarthritis is making life miserable due to taking away Advil or Aleve. Tylenol does nothing! Can I take MSM? Or anything else??

Polyphenols - Inflammation.
Dietary phytochemicals popularly associated with health benefits often have a polyphenolic structure. Polyphenols invariably have an important protective role in plants - e.g. resveratrol, in the skin of red grapes, protects against fungal attack & damage caused by intense sunlight, while sulforaphane

Joint and bone aching pain
Last week I was prescribed Co-codamol, Naproxen and Omeprazole which I am taking (along
with
my usual
Glucosamine
&
Chondroitin
MSM
, Cod liver oil, Calcium and vitamin D). Applying heat to a particularly sore area helps a bit, but was wondering if anyone has any other advice which might help.

Peripheral Neuropathy/Hemp Oil
My father, who passed away just over a year ago at the age of almost 101, suffered from peripheral neuropathy for many years.
