Blood glucose
Sir/Mam, On sudden my mom's blood glucose level increased close to 300. She is 65 years older and she doesn't have diabetes this before. My question is why she suddenly felt under higher glucose level? Which diet would be the best whether wear or Rice.

Diabetes: don't even think about trying to fix it
As many of you low-carb freaks know, it's not all about weight loss: there's a steadily-increasing mountain of research on diabetes and heart disease that points the finger of blame at excessive carbohydrate intake. There are, of course, plenty of detractors who insist that this can't possibly be true

Follow up after 3rd egg collection
Well, Tuesday was follow up after final egg collection. Ironically, last EC was the best as we have a six cell and a couple of 4 cells as well. In total nine frosties. Consultant wants me to do another aqua scan (not keen) another thyroid blood test and blood glucose test....saying that hypothyroidism

Black Coffee and glucose
Came across these lines and want to have opinions from the forum. Black Coffee increases the cortisol levels which in turn signals the liver to release more glucose for the much needed energy. Yes, coffee indeed raises blood glucose.

Animal Test & Stak supplements affects on blood glucose in T1 diabetic
Has anyone else with T1 diabetes done a cycle of Test & Stak together? I’m getting some crazy high BG numbers at the moment and am wondering if the supplements could be causing it. There could be other reasons like additional protein (I follow a keto diet), which I have increased over the last couple

Simple Trick Can Minimize Damage From Unhealthy Carbs
Digestive-resistant starches are indigestible low-viscous fibers that act as prebiotics. They slowly ferment in your large intestine, where they nourish healthy bacteria Resistant starches also bulk up your bowel movements without making you feel bloated or gassy, and do not cause blood sugar spikes
